Mediation competition 2025 KLA and the Chairman's speech

Mediation is fast becoming a dispute resolution tool across the world. The message has percolated to the academic arena, also. I had the privilege to chair the inaugural function of the National Mediation Competition organised by the Kerala Law Academy, Thiruvananthapuram, which is a pioneer in imparting legal knowledge. ADR is the buzzword in the province of dispute resolution today, and mediation enjoys a pride of place.
